How Much THEY Mean To Me: A Special Thank You Letter To God, My Family, Friends

I am a truly blessed person. I am blessed because I have parents who love me, friends who support me, and people who care. I have realized something that I've never realized before. I have come to the realization that I am so lucky my parents are good people. I once had a problem that bothered me for a month and when I confided it to my dad, he calmed me down and said it was alright. Now, I can hold my head up high and smile to the world, carefree and trouble-free.

Now that the Christmas Season is about to begin, I would like to pour my heart to the following who deserve all y thanks.

This article is a special one that I would like to dedicate to my friends, family and to God the Almighty Father to whom I pour my outmost gratitude for giving me the best life accompanied by the best people there is. Please help me to be a better person not only today but for the coming days, months and years. Help me to become aware of my doings this time around. Help me become a benevolent person since peace should start with me. And peace in the world is the best gift the world could ever give to Your Son on His birthday. To my dad, even though you are far away from us, I hope you can read this blog cause this expresses my thanks to you. For all the help you gave me and for being my dad, thank you so very much. To my mom, I am very sorry for sometimes getting angry whenever you scolded me back then. I know that I was wrong and I wanted YOU to know that you will always be the best mother there is. No matter how many cooking shows I watch, yours (bagnet...ampf!!!) will always stand out for me. To my parents, sorry for being so rebellious back then and breaking all the rules. You may remember me as this kind of girl from Grade 6. I was on the road to self-discovery and was curious about things, that's why I couldn't comply. Now that I'm in 2nd year, I am mature enough to know right from wrong because you, you and dad, showed me the right path to take. Admist all the chaos in my school, you couldn't care less. Because I know that looking at them, you are proud to call me your daughter. To my friends, Alyanna, you may have been really noisy sometimes, but hey, I'm still so thankful that I have a friend like you. You've been really kind to me although I may be serious sometimes, but that doesn't matter. You're still the Alyanna that I'll always know and love. To Nix, I know what we happened before, that's alright. It's all behind us now. The past should be buried in a grave never to be dug again...well unless it's important :D. We may not be best friends anymore, but we're still friends. I'll always be there for you whenever you need me. Just call my name or dial my number (hey! I won't give it out here!). To Reiko, my girl! You have been another person who helped me stand up when I was about to fall. Thanks for helping me out in all of my problems. I'll pay you back whenever I can. I love you too...(the story is starting...). To Renelle, my OTHER girl whom I rarely see. I hope you've been very good and sorry if we fight alot before. Now, we can get along pretty well, eh?! To Ralph, I hope you've changed. You're a really good person. You have really defined the saying, "Don't Judge The Book By It's Cover". To Mark, we've had ups and downs but you'll still be my "pare." To Alexa, Lucelle (ubos na English ko...inubos mo na), Ira, Sarah, Jazmine(wee..), Christianne (stop dieting na....sexy ka na noh!), Renee Anne (.::.best pa rin kita..wag kang magalala...), Trixie (sheb! for lyfe..), Jesa (aww..miss ko na bonding natin dati), Junico, Jopet, Joff, Shelley, Reena (zomgee!!!), and all my friends. I love all of you very much. To my teachers: Ms.Becca, Sir Lorenz, Sir James, Ms.Shalom, Ms.Becy (glee club rules! sana meron pa next year:D), Sir Norman (sa paghumog sa aming talento sa pananalita...thank you po), Sir Kris, Sir Rommel (waah! long test koh), Sir Yuan (.....english....), and all of my past and soon to be teachers, I have learned so much from all of you. You have moulded every student. You have taught them so much and filled their minds with information. You have not only moulded their minds, but also made a better person by moulding character. For that, you all deserve my thanks and God bless all of you. To my relatives (shocks! almost forgot) Ejah, Auntie Ronna, Uncle Bads, Kuya Gelo, Grandma Lydia, Grandpa Carling, ALL MY COUSINS IN THE US!!! (sorry, d ko kau memorize...dami nyu eh) ALL MY OTHER RELATIVES, LIVING OR DEAD...I LOVE ALL OF YOU. To anyone I would've forgotten, your name being listed here doesn't matter. What matters the most is that you're inked on my mind and heart and that is PERMANENT!!!!

AN ABUNDANT, PROGRESSIVE, PEACEFUL, AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU!

Love,
Pauleen Flake
